Hong Kong holds more Michelin-starred kitchens per square mile than almost any city on earth. Many of the finest tables are spoken for months ahead. Through long relationships with the chefs themselves, our reservations desk can usually find you a seat — often within the same week, sometimes the same evening.
Around the table we compose the rest of the night: a Phantom or Bentley waiting at the kerb, a personal greeter at the restaurant entrance, a private cake brought from the kitchen, a small bouquet placed on the seat of the guest you wish to surprise.
Repeat guests are welcomed with seasonal house gestures — the chef's first peach of summer, an unlisted Burgundy from our cellar.
